“Dave McIntyre explores the significance of wine at the Passover Seder.”
That intro, from today’s Washingtonpost.com Food section, may sound
frightening enough. What’s a lapsed Methodist to say about kosher wines?
But wine plays a prominent role in the Bible, and it still holds
religious significance today, nowhere else more importantly, perhaps,
than the seder.
Coming at this topic from the perspective of an outsider interested
only in the quality of the wines, I found much to like about kosher wine
today. My take in today’s Washington Post.
